Senior Management Team
Posera has a skilled management team with significant experience in POS software solutions, restaurants, and related industries.
Jim Gillis has been in the electronic cash register (“ECR”) and EPOS industry since 1976. He co-founded Progressive Systems in 1983, a Value Added Reseller (“VAR”) of the Maitre’D software solution.
Mr. Côté oversees the Montreal, Glasgow and Seattle operations. He is the driving force behind most of Posera’s marketing initiatives.
Bill Neptune has been in the electronic cash register (“ECR”) and EPOS industry since 1976. In partnership with Mr. Gillis, Mr. Neptune co-founded Progressive Systems in 1983, a Value Added Reseller (“VAR”) of the Maitre’D software solution.
Mr. Guimond has 18 years of business experience principally in the hospitality industry. He has been responsible for building Posera’s distribution network over the past 8 years.
Mr. Shulman brings more than 20 years of business experience in the areas of finance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business restructurings, corporate strategy and management with more than seven years focusing in the Retail and Hospitality industries.
