Heroes & Legends is a high profile sports bar based in Spokane, WA. Their high tech concept offers a unique experience and state-of the art environment for the customer. A large array of technology includes plasma & flat screen TVs with Direct TV with wireless speakers with selectable stations at each table to view sporting events. A wireless Internet connection is also available across a fiber optic network allowing patrons to surf the web as they please.
As customer service is a priority for Heroes & Legends, choosing a POS system that fit their specific criteria was equally as important. They implemented a flexible system composed of 3 regular workstations and 8 or 9 wireless handheld devices, to enhance the customer’s experience.
They changed POS systems twice in the past 8 months before finding Maitre’D. Management is very pleased with the ease of use of the system, and the exceptional service provided to them by Profitech, an authorized Maitre’D reseller. Using the Maitre’D Accounting Interface with QuickBooks allows them transfer sales information from Maitre’D to QuickBooks automatically, saving them time and allowing them to concentrate on analyzing financials and operations rather than struggling with data entry. Electronic Funds Transfer and the Time & Attendance module are also of great value to Heroes & Legends to streamline labor costs and make operations efficient.
